Discover the vibrant world of Heather Reynolds.

Biography

Born to two renowned artists, Heather Reynolds has lived a life steeped in creativity from her very first breath. Growing up in a South Florida home where the art studio was the heart of the household, Heather’s journey began in a high chair with a pencil in hand, instinctively reaching for expression. Even as a child, she was aware that art was more than a skill—it was a calling. Frustrated at times that her young hands couldn’t yet mirror the mastery of her parents, she pressed on, driven by something deeper: a soul-level need to create.
Heather’s work is a transmission of the sacred—raw, expressive, and deeply spiritual. For her, art is not simply a craft; it is a way of being. It pours through her with the same effortlessness as breath, arising not from the mind, but from the heart and pure consciousness itself. Her creations—whether visual or photographic—are meditations in motion, invitations to presence, and reflections of something beyond words.
After traveling widely in her youth, Heather eventually rooted herself in the Appalachian Mountains of Virginia. The natural beauty of this region mirrors her own inner landscape: wild, mystical, and profoundly alive. Her eye for photography, like her art, is guided by an acute reverence for the earth, capturing the stillness, joy, and mystery woven into every leaf, shadow, and sky.
In 2020, Heather published Earth Goddess, a photography and poetry book celebrating the sacred bond between woman, nature, and the cosmos. This work reflects her ongoing exploration of our inseparable connection to the living earth and the divine feminine.
Heather is also a massage therapist, Ashtanga yoga instructor, mother, and long-time practitioner of non-dual meditation. She spent years teaching within an ashram rooted in Indian spiritual tradition, and her life continues to be informed by deep inner work, devotion, and service.
Whether she’s painting, composing poetry beneath a tree, capturing a fleeting sunset through her lens, or guiding others in breath and stillness—Heather’s life is a heartfelt celebration of existence. Her work invites us to slow, to see, and to remember: we are part of something beautiful, boundless, and eternal.

The thing about artists,
we aren’t afraid of a blank canvas,
In fact,
we love them,
and life is the eternal blank canvas……
-Heather

She lost herself,
In the endless leaves,
The sky at dawn,
The big tall trees,
As she grew towards the light,
She lost herself,
In the wild rivers,
The star filled night,
As the mysteries of the universe,
Reflect in her eyes,
She lost herself and time flew by……
